Formula Stats is an unofficial Formula 1 fan application. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

1. Information We Collect

The App uses Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC) to collect anonymous usage data, including:

Screens viewed within the App
General app usage patterns (session duration, feature usage)
Device type, operating system version, and language settings
Country/region (derived from IP address by Google; not stored by us)

This data is collected in aggregate and cannot be used to identify you personally.

The App also uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, which may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not require account registration or login.
The App does not collect your name, email address, or any contact information.
The App does not collect precise location data.
The App does not access your camera, microphone, or contacts.

3. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party services:

F1 race data displayed in the App is retrieved from public APIs and is not personally identifiable.

4. Data Retention

Analytics data collected via Firebase is retained according to Google's default retention settings (14 months for user-level data). We do not store any personal data on our own servers.

5. Your Choices

You can opt out of personalized ads by enabling Opt out of Ads Personalization in your Android device settings under Google > Ads.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
